1. What is VixiLockers?
Vixi Lockers is the solution that allows you to store your personal belongings so you can enjoy your trip without worrying about anything.
2. What type of suitcases can you store?
We have 2 sizes:
1) L-sized locker, with dimensions of 39 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). In these slogans it fits, approximately; 1 cabin suitcase or two backpacks.
2) XL-sized locker, with dimensions of 82 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). In these lockers, approximately the following options fit:
– Option 1: One carry-on suitcase and a bag.
– Option 2: One large suitcase or two carry-on suitcases and additional bags.
3. How can I access the premises?
Once you complete your reservation, we will send you an email with a 7-digit number that you will need to enter on the access door keypad.
4. How long does a reservation last?
The reservation is for calendar days, your compartment will be reserved for a period of 24 hours.
5. What does the reservation price include?
The payment is for the reservation of the compartment during the specified period, regardless of the volume of objects stored inside.
6. How many times can I open the locker?
Once you complete the reservation, we will send you a PIN to access the premises, as well as you will receive a QR code, allowing you to open the door to your compartment multiple times during the contracted reservation period.
7. When should I make the reservation?
You can make the reservation online either when you are in front of the premises or when you plan your trip.
