Terms of use and contracting

These general conditions regulate the contracting of Vixilockers lockers, owned by the company VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L. through the website https://vixilockers.com/ as well as its use.

The present conditions regulate the contractual relationship between VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L., hereinafter the Owner of Vixilockers lockers, and the User contracting the Vixilockers lockers service.

THE SERVICE

The Owner offers its Users the possibility to rent any of its lockers for periods of natural days within the hours offered by Vixilockers.

All reservations will be valid from the time the User makes the reservation. In the supposed case that the User generates a reservation on a specific day and time, they will receive an email confirming the reservation, and half an hour before the reserved time, they will receive the email to manage their reservation.

¿Qué tipo de consignas ofrece Vixilockers?

It offers two types of lockers, size M and L, respecting the following measurements:

-M Locker, with measurements of 39.5cm x 43cm (width) x 56cm (depth). These lockers allow storing any cabin-sized suitcase.

-Lockers L, with dimensions of 82 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). -In these lockers, approximately fits:

– Option 1: Two cabin suitcases and two backpacks.

– Option 2: One medium suitcase and one backpack.

– Opción 3: 1 maleta grande y 1 bolso de mano.- Option 3: 1 large suitcase and 1 handbag.

– Option 4: 3 cabin suitcases.

What can a User put inside their locker?

Within the limits established in this document (see Section Limits on the use of lockers), a User can place as many items as they want inside the rented locker or lockers.

How can a User know if there are available lockers?

Through the website https://vixilockers.com/?product=booking-lockers, the User will be able to reserve the compartment size they desire, knowing its availability status.

The User will be able to hire the locker rental service for a period of 24 hours. If the reservation is created for the same day without specifying an entry date, it will start counting from the moment the order is completed. If the reservation is for a specific day and time, it will start counting from the date and time specified by the User at the time of payment.

When will the User be able to access the locker(s) they have rented?

The rental service for each locker will be accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the week, 365 days a year.

Once the User has placed the items inside, can they only access the locker again to retrieve them?

Only the users or individuals authorized by them. Always under the responsibility of the user.

How to modify a reservation or withdraw from it

The User can modify or withdraw from the reservation, as long as they perform this action 24 hours before the start date of the reserved service. This process can be carried out by writing to hola@vixilockers.com

What is the price that the User must pay per type of locker/day?

The price per locker will be the one indicated on the website at the time of contracting, and the User may benefit from the current offers at each moment.

The prices listed on the website include VAT and refer to the rental of a locker (according to its size) for the hours indicated in the reservation.

Reservation Process

Booking at Vixilockers is easy and simple, you just have to follow these steps:

1st – Select the services you want to book from those offered by Vixilockers. By clicking on each service, you can access its file, which includes a detailed description with information, main features, and price. If you need more information, feel free to ask us.

2nd – Once you have selected the service(s) you want to book, you should click the “Book” button and complete your reservation.

3rd – After completing the selection, and to proceed with your booking, you should click the “Complete purchase” button.

4th – Next, you will need to provide your contact information, including your full name, phone number, and email, and complete the purchase process.

5th.- Upon processing the order, the User accepts the present Sales Conditions and chooses the payment method for their contract from those offered by Vixilockers.

6th – Once the hiring process is completed, we will send you an email with the reservation confirmation, including access codes to the premises and locker.

If you need a proof of hiring or an invoice, you must contact us and write to hola@vixilockers.com.

Report of incidents in the use of the locker(s)

In case of a lock, breakdown, or any other incident affecting the use of the locker(s), the user has access to the Vixilockers assistance service, which can be utilized by calling the number indicated on the website or by sending an email to hola@vixilockers.com.

Refund

The refund will be processed once VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L. has received the payment from the User for the amounts charged for the delivery of the merchandise (depending on the number of items and their destination) in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph. If 10 calendar days have elapsed since VIXI SOLUCIONES DE EQUIPAJE, S.L. notified the User in writing of the amount to be paid and the User has not made this payment, it will be understood that the User has abandoned the luggage for all purposes.
